Position: Commercial Teammate (Chat/Email Process)
Salary: Approximately Rs 31,500 per month
Responsibilities of a Commercial Teammate
Handling day-to-day reactive issues with customers via email and chat channels
Performing outreach tasks, which may involve phone calls
Adhering to defined processes and SLA outlook issue processes
Acting as a trusted advisor to sellers and account managers on various issues
Resolving any issues that may hinder sales growth for merchants
Interacting with internal partners, advisors, policy makers, and technical teams to facilitate swift resolutions
Building a trusting relationship with customers while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Sharing timely findings with assistant managers
Showing empathy towards customer concerns and providing dedicated ownership until resolution
Handling escalated and complicated cases with efficiency
Contributing to team huddles by sharing exciting and unique issues or queries worked on
Performing any additional assigned duties
Age Requirement and Educational Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
No upper age limit specified
Educational qualifications: Graduate degree in any stream required
Alternative job options available for 10th and 12th based qualifications
